01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ahmury.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must cease use of the Website immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AHMURY regarding your use of our digital architecture and services.
02. Service Engagement
Process: Professional services provided by AHMURY (including Tech & Security, Business Support, and Compliance) follow a rigorous "Discovery → Quote → Agreement → Execution" lifecycle. No service is initiated without an explicit written agreement and confirmed project scope.
Payments: All financial nodes and payment milestones are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). We maintain 100% financial integrity in our auditing and billing services.
03. Software Hub Disclaimer
AHMURY provides an architectural repository for official software binaries for convenience and educational purposes.
- We do not host, modify, or redistribute proprietary software. All download nodes point to official vendor endpoints.
- Users are responsible for obtaining valid licenses (e.g., for Windows, Office, or Adobe products) from their respective owners.
- AHMURY is not liable for any software performance issues, hardware incompatibility, or data loss resulting from the use of third-party software found via our hub.
04. Intellectual Property
The Website architecture, its custom code, the AHMURY brand identity, and all original content (including our Journal articles) are the exclusive property of Muhammad Ahmed. Unauthorized replication, scraping, or redistribution of our architectural assets is strictly prohibited and protected under international copyright laws.
05. Limitation of Liability
AHMURY and its founder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website or its services. While we engineer for global integrity, we do not guarantee that the Website will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.
06. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab. International service contracts may include specific jurisdictional clauses as agreed per contract node.
