01. Service Engagement
Professional services (Tech, BPO, Compliance) follow a "Quote → Agreement → Delivery" process. Service initiation requires explicit client confirmation of the project scope.
Payment terms, milestones, and methods will be specified in individual service agreements.
02. Software Hub Usage
Ahmury provides official installers for user convenience via secure direct download. We do not host, modify, or alter any third-party software. Licensed products (Windows, MS Office) require the user to purchase or activate a valid license separately after installation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Ahmury holds no liability for software performance or external licensing issues.
03. Intellectual Property
All architectural designs, codebases, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Muhammad Ahmed and AHMURY. Unauthorized replication is strictly prohibited.
04. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. International service contracts may include separate jurisdiction clauses as agreed upon per individual contract.
